Payments accepted by MasterCard, Visa and American Express online. If paying by check or purchase order, you may also register online and then mail or fax your payment with a copy of the online registration confirmation page. Scholarships: A limited number of need-based scholarships toward registration fees are available (no travel assistance will be provided). Click here for the application.

ACCOMMODATIONS

The conference will be held at the Hilton Washington, 1919 Connecticut Avenue NW, Washington, DC (nearest metro: Dupont Circle). Because October is a popular time to visit Washington DC, we suggest you make hotel and travel reservations as early as possible. A special conference rate of $209 per night is available.

Reservations should be made directly with the Hilton Washington’s room reservation department, by calling their toll-free number 1-800-HILTONS. Please request the group conference rate for "Quality Health Care for Culturally Diverse Populations" or at www.hilton.com, select the Hilton Washington and enter "QHC" as the group code. More information about the hotel can be found on their website. The cut off date is September 1, 2004 and rates or availability cannot be guaranteed after that date.
