Registration
You may register online now by visiting www.regonline.com/qhc (payments are accepted by MasterCard, Visa or American Express). A PDFversion of the registration brochure is also available for you to view online or download. To request a printed brochure, please e-mail ccconf@drexel.edu. If paying by check or purchase order, you may also register online and then mail or fax your payment with a copy of the online registration confirmation page. 2006 Early Registration Fees (before 9/15):

After 9/15/06, regular registration fees apply (regular rates are $50 more than early rates for each registration category). After 9/30/06, registrations accepted on-site only with an additional fee of $30 above regular registration fees.

$350 Health Care Professional/Academic
$500 Large Organization Staff (budget over $500,000)

$150 Conference Presenters

Preconference (Tues. 10/17/06):
$100 One workshop (AM or PM)
$150 Full day (2 workshops or full-day workshop)

Scholarships: A limited number of need-based scholarships toward registration fees are available (no travel assistance will be provided). Click here for the application.

Accommodations
The conference will be held at the Renaissance Seattle Hotel, 515 Madison Street, Seattle, Washington. We suggest you make hotel and travel reservations as early as possible. A special conference rate of $159 per night is available.

Reservations should be made directly with Renaissance reservations by calling their toll-free number 1-800-546-9184. Please request the group conference rate for "Quality Health Care for Culturally Diverse Populations" or at marriott.com/renaissancehotels, select the Renaissance Seattle and enter "DUCDUCA" as the group code. More information about the hotel can be found on their website. The cut-off date is September 16, 2006 and rates or availability cannot be guaranteed after that date.

The hotel is filling fast, so make your reservations as soon as possible. The cut off date is 9/15 but if our block fills before that, we cannot guarantee the conference rate.

Parking and Local Transportation

Parking:
Parking at the hotel is $21 for self-parking and $24 for valet. Hotel guests have in and out privileges; others do not. At U Park, on the other side of I-5, the cost is $8 all day.

Shuttle Service Fares:
The Gray Line Airporter Booth is located near airport baggage claim. It runs every 20 minutes and the cost is $17 round trip. No advanced reservations are necessary. The Renaissance Hotel is the first stop.
